GUIDELINES

READ ALL GUIDELINES CAREFULLY AND ACCEPT TO CONTINUE

1. It is preferable to use a desktop/laptop instead of mobile.

2. Please ensure that your bandwidth must be minimum of 4 MBPS.

3. Please ensure to have sufficient balance in your account and also daily funds transfer limit before paying the initial amount and while paying bid amount.
4. Please submit the application by clicking “Apply for reservation of special number” and pay the requisite fee and user charges from 8.00am to 1.00 pm.
5. Please note that the OTP will be sent to the Mobile Number of the owner Registered at the time of Temporary Registration at Dealer.
6. If SMS not received due to any technical reasons, please check your reference number by clicking the link https://tgtransport.net/ebidding/KnowApplicationNo.aspx
7. If more than one application filed for the same special number the owner has to submit the bid by paying the bid amount for the number for which the owner applied. The bid amount should be more than the initial amount paid at the time of submission of application. If bid amount not paid before stipulated time (2.00pm to 4.00pm) the initial amount paid will be forfeited (NOT REFUNDED).
8. If you have not received any SMS due to any technical reasons for participating in bidding, please check whether your application for reservation is having more than one application by visiting the link https://tgtransport.net/ebidding/BiddingNumbersList.aspx
9. Please get your vehicle registered within 15 days from the date of allotment of special reservation number, failing which the number reserved will be cancelled.
